BACOLOD City – Charged with attempted murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Alijis.
Andres Gayola of Calatrava, Negros Occidental was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 7, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court Branch 59 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental dated Feb. 12, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Calatrava municipal police station.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
