BACOLOD City – Fourteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 70 grams valued at around P476, 000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The 24-year-old Rufel Tuhao yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Tuhao – resident of Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City – was caught after he sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P3,000 around 3:50 p.m. on Aug. 8, it added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against her.
