BACOLOD City – An unidentified suspect shot a man in Barangay Inayawan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Chief Inspector Alan Gary Resuma, Cauayan police chief, identified the man as the 51-year-old Pepe Reyes of Barangay Bulata, Cauayan.
Reyes sustained gunshot wounds on the body and died, a police report showed.
Reyes was on board a motorcycle when the suspect shot him and fled around 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, the report further stated.
Cauayan police were still identifying the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
