ILOILO City – A crew of a fishing boat was arrested on Wednesday in Barangay Bagacay, San Dionisio, Iloilo. He tried to stab his brother during a drinking binge.
Benjie Lara, 43, was taken to the police station past 11:30 p.m.
According to his brother Euben, Benjie chased him with a knife.
Benjie was later caught by barangays officials and turned over to the police.
Police learned he had a pending arrest warrant for frustrated homicide with a bail of P72,000./PN
