BACOLOD City – A warrant of arrest was issued against a detainee in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Oliver Romero, a resident of Purok Lamperong in Barangay Banago here, was charged with illegal possession of firearms, police said.
The arrest warrant – issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 in Silay City on Oct. 9, 2019 – was served against the suspect around 11:30 a.m. on May 11.
The court recommended a P170, 000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
