ILOILO City – His motorcycle crashed against a pick-up in Barangay Cabugao Sur, Pavia, Iloilo.
The 66-year-old Florito Espino of Santa Barbara, Iloilo died of head injuries, a police report showed.
From what the Pavia police so far gathered, Espino was navigating the road when he was hit by a pick-up driven by Rodel Delgado, 55, – driver of the Philippine Statistics Authority.
But it was still unclear what circumstance led to the accident around 7:24 a.m. on Nov. 3.
Delgado was taken to the Pavia municipal police station, facing charges for reckless for imprudence resulting to homicide./PN
