ILOILO City – A man was nabbed for two counts of acts of lasciviousness and three counts of sexual assault in Barangay Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo
Policemen of Oton served 44-year-old Niño Gonzaga a warrant of arrest around 9 a.m. Nov. 3 and detained him in the municipal police station.
Judge Regina Galang-Guarin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 30 issued the warrant.
She recommended a P180,000 bail bond for Gonzaga’s temporary liberty./PN
