ILOILO City – A frustrated murder suspect was arrested in Barangay Pandan, President Roxas, Capiz.
The 39-year-old Ramonet Arbacan of Balasan, Iloilo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on March 14.
Arbacan was detained in the lockup cell of the Balasan municipal police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
