ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Rizal Pala-pala II, City Proper and his son were accused of mauling a relative.
Zaldy Carnecel, 51, and his minor son allegedly ganged up on Ernesto Guevara, 38, a police report showed.
There was a “misunderstanding” between Carnecel and Guevara.
Both were drunk when the incident happened late evening on Feb. 4, police said.
Barangay Kagawad Noel Soliman brought them to Police Station 1 at 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 5.
Carnecel and Guevara later decided to settle their dispute before the barangay lupon, the police report stated./PN
