ILOILO City – Police apprehended a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Passi City.
Three sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from Jessie Lamputi, 27, a police report showed.
Antidrug operatives of the Passi City police station staged the entrapment operation around 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 20.
The P500 marked money and drug paraphernalia were also seized, the report stated.
The suspect was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
