BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was caught in Barangay Malingin, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Roberito Tongha, 39, was listed as the No. 8 most wanted person in the police station of this city.
Tongha – resident of Barangay Tangub here – was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4 p.m. on Aug. 11, police said.
Officers of Police Station 9 served the warrant issued by Judge Ray Alan Drilon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 41 in this city dated Dec. 13, 2017.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
