BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man for illegal discharge of firearm in Barangay 4, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
The 44-year-old resident Arvin Escarda was caught around 11 p.m. on Aug. 11, a police report showed.
A concerned resident complained to the police Escarda discharged his firearm outside his own house.
Recovered from Escarda’s possession was an unlicensed .357 Magnum revolver and its three empty slugs.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Sipalay City police station, facing charges./PN
