ILOILO City – The hospital was where a man landed after he got shot in Barangay Manguna, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
Resident Herbie Andicoy, 44, was recuperating at the Western Visayas Medical Center here. He sustained two gunshot wounds on the head and chest, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, the incident happened around 10 a.m. on Aug. 7.
Andicoy was with his wife along the road when two motorcycle-riding gunmen fired at the victim. As of this writing, officers of the Cabatuan municipal police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the shooting./PN
