ILOILO City – A qualified theft suspect was arrested in Barangay San Agustin, City Proper district.
The 44-year-old resident Rudin Navarro was a wanted man in the police station of Arevalo district.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:40 p.m. on Aug. 11, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Arevalo police station.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
