BACOLOD City – Cellphones, cash and other valuables owned by a teacher and a student in Barangay 5 were stolen.
English teacher Raisa Jean Japitana and college student Lyndel Mae Ohoylan, both 20 years old, believe the culprit entered their dormitory room through the window.
Around 12 a.m. on Aug. 1, Japitana and Ohoylan discovered that three jalousie glasses were detached from their window, a police report showed.
Security guard Edwin Hobayan told them to report the incident only on the following day.
