ILOILO City – An unlicensed .38 revolver with three ammunitions were confiscated from a resident of Barangay Bonga, Panay, Capiz.
The police arrested yesterday 30-year-old Hadgie Bilan of Barangay Pawa, also in Panay.
A concerned citizen sought the police’s help around 1 a.m. He claimed Bilan was indiscriminately firing a gun.
Responding policemen took Bilan to the Panay police station.
The suspect faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
