ILOILO City – In Barangay Cahigun, Calinog, Iloilo the municipality’s most wanted person was cornered.
The 50-year-old Torres Cabayao of Barangay Caratagan, Calinog was detained at the municipal police station. He was arrested around 4 p.m. on Jan. 27.
Charged with murder, Cabayao’s arrest warrant was issued by Judge Fe Galon-Gayanilo of the Regional Trial Court.
The complaint against the suspect was filed in 2013 yet. He disappeared after this and became the top fugitive in Calinog.
No bail bond was recommended by the court for Cabayao’s temporary liberty./PN
