BACOLOD City – Police apprehended a 21-year-old man for causing alarm and scandal in Barangay Granada.
A drunken Mark Nelson Labrador allegedly threw rocks at the house of Lea Ledesma, punched Andre Esclamada on the face and stoned the motorcycle of Police Officer 2 Mark Sepida on Tuesday, police said.
Labrador was detained in the Police Station 5 lockup cell./PN
