ILOILO City – Two residents of this city and one from Tapaz, Capiz reported to the police that they lost valuables.
Ricarido Gardose Jr. of Barangay Switch, Tapaz lost his brown wallet, which contained cash and several identification cards.
The 27-year-old delivery driver of Coca-Cola discovered that the item has gone missing when he arrived at their company’s warehouse in Barangay Don Esteban, La Paz at around 6 p.m. on Feb. 6.
Gardose said the wallet had his voter’s and PhilHealth IDs, driver’s license, and P4,000 cash in it.
The owner believed the item slipped out of the back pocket of his pants unnoticed. He said he tried to locate it but to no avail.
On the other hand, the 33-year-old July Hemongala of Barangay Rizal, Lapuz lost his driver’s license.
Hemongala was driving his motorcycle at around 11 p.m. on Feb. 6 in their village when he discovered that the item was gone, a police report stated.
He last placed it in his sling bag. He tried to locate it but to no avail.
For his part Bobby Jones Barabona of Barangay McArthur, La Paz said the Vivo cellphone of his live-in partner, Milca Abaquinta, has gone missing.
The 30-year-old said the gadget was placed in the right-side pocket of his jacket.
They noticed it was gone at around 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 4 while they were on board his motorcycle and negotiating Luna Street.
It may have slipped without the couple noticing, a police report showed./PN
