ILOILO – A 22-year-old woman previously arrested for illegal drug charges was caught anew in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lumbia, Estancia town yesterday morning, June 20, leading to the confiscation of nearly P1 million worth of suspected shabu.

Alias “An-An” was classified as a high-value individual in the illegal drug trade, police said.

Also arrested was her live-in partner, alias “Ren-Ren,” 22, tagged as a street-level suspect.

Officers of the Estancia Municipal Police Station’s (MPS) Station Drug Enforcement Team, led by Captain Kevin T. Amorio, recovered approximately 137 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P932,144.
