ILOILO City – A laborer charged with theft was caught in Barangay 11, Roxas City, Capiz.
Police identified him as Ryan Olisco, 31, of Barangay Talon, Roxas City.
According to police investigators, Olisco was hiding from authorities for about three years.
He was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant on July 7, the investigators added.
The suspect was brought to the Roxas City police station.
The court recommended a P10,000 bail bond for Olisco’s temporary liberty./PN
