ILOILO City – Accused of domestic violence, a man was nabbed in Barangay Aquino Nobleza East, Janiuay, Iloilo.
The 25-year-old resident Mateo Renovar was caught on June 30, a police report showed.
Renovar’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to the charge for violation of Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004) he faces.
The suspect was taken to the Janiuay municipal police station.
The court recommended a P12,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
