ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a woman was nabbed in Barangay San Andres, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Erna Felomino was tagged as the No. 5 most wanted person in the police station of Tapaz, Capiz.
Felomino’s apprehension on July 20 was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Tapaz municipal police station. The court recommended no bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
