ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a resident of Barangay San Antonio, San Miguel, Iloilo was brought to the town’s police station.
Police served a warrant of arrest to 34-year-old John Peñas around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday.
The court denied bail for his temporary release.
Peñas was the No. 3 wanted person in San Miguel, police said./PN
